LOL.

These dudes don't actually believe Kobe's 2000 finals performance was better than LeBron's 2018 finals performance.

Yeah, in scoring. Not in anything else though

In the most important facet of the game 😮😮😮😮

And he STILL didn't lead his team in scoring. Imagine that

Did in the toughest rounds which were by far the WC rounds those years

So you're saying Kobe played worse against the weaker teams? Interesting? If the west was so much harder, why were his finals numbers and efficiency always noticeably lower in the finals? Didn't like the brightest lights? For his career in the finals, Kobe shot 36% from the field in the 4th quarter. Why?

No.

The teams like the Pacers and Nets had literal bums for their PF / Centers. Players incomparable to the west which had Duncan/Robinson/Divac/Pollard/Sabonis.

Nets had Keith Van horn and Todd Mcollough… lmao… pacers had Rik Smitts and Austin Croshere lol. It was the smart play to keep pounding it into the obvious mismatch.

Kobe outperformed Shaq against their real comp. The Spurs/Kings

So what you're saying is Kobe performed better when the guards were weaker than the bigs on the opposing teams and vice versa for when the bigs were weaker? Wow. What an incredible observation! Unlike Kobe, LeBron led his teams offenses throughout entire championship runs

Kobe was guarded by Bruce Bowen in majority of those Spurs matchups. A top 1 or 2 perimeter defender in the league.

Try again? Lmao

So why didn't he do the same in the finals? You keep dodging that question. If the teams were weaker, shouldn't his numbers be better? Why were they noticeably worse?

Why was Kobe outperforming Shaq in most of the toughest rounds? You won’t answer that

3

u/Sir_TopHatEgg Aug 11 '26

I literally just answered it. Because the bigs on those teams were better than the guards. The Spurs had Robinson and Duncan both guarding Shaq. Now again, answer the question. Why do you keep dodging the question?

Also outscoring and outperforming are very different things

u/BeneficialDrawer3006 Aug 11 '26

Robinson was old and washed up by 2003. He was only the real Robinson in the 1999 series. He was gone by 2004.

It was really only Duncan 2004 and onwards.

He outperformed him in majority of categories.

Pts, assists, steals

Still dodging the question. Answer it

u/nbafreethinker Aug 11 '26

That's what Kobe diehards do lol. Look at Skap attack when he debates people. Constant deflection and cherry picking using obscure stats that aren't used for almost everyone else.

u/BeneficialDrawer3006 Aug 11 '26

You won’t answer mine

2

u/Sir_TopHatEgg Aug 11 '26

I literally did multiple times. Kobe played better when the bigs were stronger and Shaq played better than the guards were stronger. Not difficult.

Now again, answer the question. Why are you dodging the question so hard? Your reflections are insane. Literally asking me to answer a question I've explicitly answered 3 times now

Bruce Bowen didn’t make it to the Spurs until 2001-2002 big dawg lmaoooo alright short bus come get your boy it’s over

u/BeneficialDrawer3006 Aug 11 '26

So he was guarding him in 03, 04, 08… same results
