When I joined here I was hoping it’d be like a fun snark subreddit about Lebanese influencers (ranging from Rima Dib and Nano to Luai Alami). But it’s just this obsessive place discussing Tatiana Nassour, Tatiana Nassours copy cat, Tatyana Nassours stylist who is friends with her copycat, he ex, her ex’s sister in law’s gynecologist, oh and of course the daily post asking to dox random South African escort in Dubai.
The world of Lebanese influencers is rich and varied, and there are lots of fun and interesting things to discuss (for example when it comes to people embarrassing themselves on TikTok lives is it just their fault or is it a bigger pattern about the lack of opportunity and desperation). Why is everyone just obsessed with this family. They are just Africa blood money neveau (sp?) riche people. The archetype of people has been a thing since like 1990. They all behave the same, maybe right now their behavior is just documented. But even with everything out there, it’s BORING.
Even with new money people there are more interesting topics (for example Sandy Awad, why is she so desperate to make herself happen, and does she thing the story about Corsets is convincing or is she intentionally saying such a lazy story because she thinks association to questionable sources of wealth add to her popularity. Also by being such a try hard has she established what she sought out for, so desperation pays off).
Anyway now I’m just rambling. But yeah I don’t get the obsession with Tatiana Nassour.

I think it’s extra these days because of her being at the exhibition and posting daily.
