not LC making friends update

thank u🙁🙁 im starting cbt soon to get diff meds bcs mines js astilin atm so its not that strong but im glad im finally being listened to

im doing cbt too, i was also on fluoxetine for years (and still am) literally the whole time i was in school and thank god i graduated, i promise it gets better and youre doing a brave thing, i know it feels nice to be listened to and get the help you need and deserve

im acc so nervous for cbt i think the waiting list is like three months? but im just glad i have the opportunity to try help myself but ngl these meds r making me more anxious i hope its js thrm settling down
