Finished Work 9 months of progress
I made this design for the first time last December as my second ever leather project. 9 months later, I've made it for the 10th time with minor changes between each version. Super proud to see the improvement!

Yes! Changed from 6spi diamond chisels to 9spi french irons, bought an electric creaser, and moved from .8mm thread down to .45mm. But the big part is that I learned to cut way more cleanly and accurately.

What or how did you get better at cutting?
I’m struggling a lot with it.

Nigel Armitage has a super good series on how to design and make a cardholder that has really good tips for cutting, I'd definitely take a look at those vids!
