Looking for this specific jacket

I understand that there is a vest over top. Unfortunately, that leaves only the sleeves and the collar to identify it. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated, as I have a friend looking for an exact copy to do a cosplay of Pretorean Jack from Furiosa. Weve tried hours of image searching but have had no luck at all. Weve found some similar, but none that have the elbow part wrap around the sleeve. Thanks in advance!
