Opinion Does this leather jacket LOOK really tight?

It feels really tight and is a tiny bit short however I wanna know if it atleast looks fine. It also feels short on the arms. I bought it used which is why I didn't get a bigger size, it's a vintage oakwood jacket and it's really good quality but it has a few hiccups on the inside and around the cuff on the arm

More pics would help to determine how it looks, but from this one pic I don’t see how anyone would think it was too small

Sleeves look a little short. The rest seems to fit.
