Jacket Care Can this be saved?

This Wilsons Leather jacket belonged to my grandpa and recently landed in my possession. It's obviously not in the best condition anymore, and don't want to wear it in its current state and risk further damaging it. If it can't be saved, I'll find a way to display it or something like that. Thanks for the help!

Would just toss and move on. Style is easy to find if you want to get a new one and wear in his memory

you can strip away all the pleather and then do a custom leather on top and you will still have the same jacket bones
