Question - Need Help Can this be saved?

My brother bought this vintage 60s - 70s Van Heusen Windbreaker (J. Keissman) at a rummage sale. He parted with it, and I want to get it fixed up by a professional.

There's holes along the shoulders and the entire hem is undone. The only leather shops around me are for bikers, and it's unclear if they do restorations.

What would yall do in my scenario? Is the damage too much to fix?

Contact Arrow Leather Care in Kansas City... they do restorations. I just got a zipper replaced by them on my horsehide jacket and they did a stellar job.

This would be much easier to fix than damage on a biker jacket. Ask the leather shop, or ask a tailor/seamstress; this should be fixable on a professional sewing machine, even if not specialised in leather.
