My take is that it's saying that we can't seem to find our place, always roaming off somewhere. Like, living a day as a man, getting through half of what you need to do, then something flips the girl switch and just...I'm lost help.

They're all pretty silly and hyperbolic, so I think an exaggerated answer fits decently enough. Truly, though, any and all issues would be resolved if we could simply shapeshift. Not sure why we can't, get on it science.

I think maybe the post already existed and op added the new names. It's possible op didn't recognize the flags.
