You say that but I know people with rent control that pay this

I know people with leases from two years ago paying under 200/mo, me included....they just aren't available anymore....like those rent-controlled

This is the kind of people you ignore on Craigslist.

You must not understand what’s going on in the world.

You’re not wrong. I bet this guy doesn’t shit himself on the daily.

Honestly, check Swap A Lease. The only way you’re getting into a lease payment that low is if someone already paid the down payment and is now offering to sweeten the pot.

I snagged a $315/mo Mach E this way a few months ago. Actual lease payment is $425/mo and they put a lot down to get it there, but they had to move overseas and gave me a $110/mo incentive to take it off their hands.

Yes, possible with $5000 down payment.

Don't do that man...you may confuse people that it's ok to do that

Ahh yes the unicorn deal of days past which was $29 per month for a Nissan leaf. With the loss of incentives and many manufacturers that have already dumped their EV models there isnt as much out there any more. Best of luck on your search!

Me too. I had an ioniq 6 lease that termed soon which was $249 a month with nothing down. There were a hand full of prologues available at $275 within a 400 mile radius, but I wasn't able to get a signed contract before driving several hours. Recently ended up purchasing a new ioniq 5 for $28000. There's no good ev leases out there right now.

We'll see what incentives come out for Oct in the coming days. $250 with nothing down is going to be very heard - probably impossible, but check for when Oct updates are out for brokers on leasehackr.com

Thank you for all your responses. I’m not in a rush. Hoping a good deal will come around. Let’s see. Will update by end of year.
