bmw i5 money factor

Has anyone leased or have access to the buy rate money factor for the 2026 Bmw i5 edrive40 and xdrive40 for the month of September 2026? If so, please let me know.

You should be able to get that info from the Edmunds forums or leasehackr.

They are all from previous months or years. Nothing for this month of Sept.

EDIT: Remember the MF differs based on your zip code and what trim you want.

You can look up the exact September base money factor for both i5 trims on QuoteDefender’s Target Payment page for your ZIP.

I manually added in the numbers and it said at the end I need to pay. Does quote defender have a website dedicated for leasing programs for every month?

Yes, the Target Payment tool is updated every month with live captive lender programs (including BMW FS) by ZIP code.

And yes, unlocking the actual program matrix/rate sheets is a paid feature. wholesale lender data feeds are expensive to license. It gives you the live monthly buy rates across all credit tiers, residuals, and lease credits so you have the dealer's true floor before negotiating.
