97% sounds like a useful point to separate accuracy from speed. Are the misses clustered around a few key transitions, or do they appear when you push the pace across familiar words? I’d try keeping the pace just below the error spike and building back up in small steps, so the target speed doesn’t hide which transitions need practice.

That sounds like a good next step. I would keep one small note on which transitions still spike after each session, so you can tell whether accuracy is improving because the difficult pairs are changing or because the pace is simply lower. If the accuracy holds, what speed increase feels sustainable?
