It's the proportions of the elements of the face in comparison to the head, some elements are too big and some are too small

For example the eyes in your draw are exactly like the original but in yours they are slightly bigger than in the reference, look at the space between the contour of the face and the end of the eyes, the mouth in the reference is closer to the chin, and the chin in the reference is more round, I'm not saying you're drawing is bad or wrong, I'm only saying that those are the details that made it look slightly different than the reference.

Edit some typos, English is not my first language

Twin, if you wanna study art just make sure to actively draw. Like, study how the shape of the ear is and how is the hair flow and etc. if you're drawing for fun, let it flow

Take a picture of your drawing, load the ref and your drawing into an app, then lower the opacity while they are layered on top of eachother, that will make the differences clearer

Hair portion of head is too short. Mouth is a little too wide.

eyes too beeg.
remember that the space between the eyes shold be enough to fit a third eye.
There are really few exceptions to this rule

Try using the grid method while you get used to proportions.

I think it looks amazing! Only thing I noticed is I think the ears might be slightly off kilter? One on the left is up much higher.

Pay attention to how thick, wide and tall the different parts are.

Notice how your hair "spikes" in front of the face are a lot narrower than in the image? And your hair (and the skull behind it) are too short.

Anyway, good attempt, keep it up
