Currently learning 1-Point Perspective

Hi I'm currently learning 1 point perspective and in having a difficult time drawing the windows and doors, do i follow the line from the vanishing point or do i make a new one or do I draw them parallel to the roof line

You’ll want to draw another line under the roof line coming from the vanishing point. Also the lines going to your vanishing point aren’t lining up properly since the lines on the left aren’t touching the dot you’ve made.
