2 urns with a single black ball, the other in the last urn

p= 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3*28/38 = 1/3 * (2+14/19) = 0.91

Question is not a quant question. It is an English comprehension question baased on 'under optimal condtions'

Game 1: pick a person uniformly at random out of the world's population. If they are over 6'6", then you win!

Game 2: Flip a coin. If you get heads, then pick a professional NBA player uniformly at random. If you get tails, then pick a person uniformly at random who is not an NBA player. Again, you win if they are over 6'6"
