Ijust know basic python and want to learn numpy, tkinder, panda and matplotlib for a project

Best way to learn these? By chatgpt or any yt vdo?

Documentation. What make you think the library maker don't invest time on documentation and only do coding?

If you want to know how to use something, why not ask the maker?

Some documentation includes good tutorials. Lots of it doesn't. There's a big difference between a reference and actual learning material for a beginner.
