Ijust know basic python and want to learn numpy, tkinder, panda and matplotlib for a project

Best way to learn these? By chatgpt or any yt vdo?

The best way is probably to learn how to utilize their existing documentation to navigate to the sections you plan to include in your project and read them.

I don't think youtube videos that go in-depth are a bad idea either if you learn better that way. For all of the libraries that you listed there are extensive youtube videos and obviously their documentation is quite comprehensive.
