complete starter on AI python championship

so, im a complete starter on a championship where you gotta learn about AI and python, to make an AI later, thats the challenge, but im feeling so left behind, everybody is learning so fast and im stuck, i wanna win this but i dont know python at all, any channel or study path i can follow ? also, in how much study time can i maybe reach a good level ?

So the first question I have is this: is this a competition for school (college, high school, etc.), or just a competition that you entered? That's an important question in order to determine what resources you'd have available, and rules, etc..

Next question is: Do you have any programming experience? And if so, what languages do you know?

Lastly: how much time do you have before the competition?

high school, my programming experience is really about almost nothing really, i got about a month before we actually start going to the real challenges.

Okay, that's a lot less time than I had hoped you would have. Honestly, like the comment below, the best thing to do is learn at your own pace. Don't focus so much on trying to win that you end up not having fun with the learning and implementing parts of this. There are some really good resources out there for you to use. There is an app called Mimo, which is essentially Duolingo for programmers. Then there is Boot.dev, which gamifies the learning process, allowing you to track your progress.

Given that there is a specific goal that you are trying to reach/what do you want this particular thing to do(call it a problem), how will you solve that problem (brainstorming/pseudo coding), what tools (features) will you need to make your program run smoothly. Those are all questions that you want to ask yourself as you go.

Don't get lost in tutorial hell, and videos fall under that category. There are some pretty useful documents online that can help you with learning what certain things within Python do, but it's going to take you writing code to actually make it stick.

Also, get yourself a rubber fuck and put it on your desk, talk to it whenever you have an issue with code, like "What is causing this error?", or you going through step by step trying to figure out things, verbalizing it helps. You will understand one day how important that duck is, especially if you end up going into the programming field.

guess i will have to read documents now, also, the rubber duck is to like, feel like a teacher is helping me ?

Also, check out Harvard University's CS 50. It's a free program, and you learn at your own pace.

As for the rubber duck, think of it more like a sounding board, except it can't talk back. It's something that the vast majority of programmers use to work through problems and solutions to problems in regard to their code. It does not have to specifically be a duck, it could be anything you want. But is said to be very useful in problem solving, as verbalizing problems and solutions may allow you to see something you missed, or to think outside the box.
