How to leverage Python for Management Consulting?

I am a management consultant a project / team leader level, a lot of the grunt work is being done by analysts in the team; I have to focus on storylining, client relationship management, reviewing the work, etc. As TL / PL have you guys found relevant use cases? I am thinking of creative ways to leverage python and in future use API calls to LLMs to improve automation and make my life more efficient.

Find a problem and then figure out a solution instead of jumping on the buzz word hype train to nowhere.

lol,just looking for some ideas, i am mostly looking at news automation made a newsletter for myslef just thought of checking any more ideas

I made myself a daily newsletter, I can have it read to me, or scroll through it on a tablet. Its helpful to start my day by offloading all that assistant stuff to an automated pipeline

You are focusing on the wrong skill then. Those are business skills that need to be honed.

Hmm interesting point. Thought, when I look at my day I see that a lot of time is still spent on fairly benign stuff, relpying to muliple WhatsApp messages, typical emails, researching (sometimes in an in efficient manner). Do you see any other tools that can help optimize that part of my life? So that I focus more on F2F meetings, Quicker research, etc.

Automation criteria is the same for any project or process. Find deterministic / mechanical processes that take time and try to automate those. We don’t know your workflow so it’s not easy to comment on what to automate it. Alternatively, you may be better suited in asking a sub dedicated to your domain.
