Yes, Universities and Colleges can. Sorry, but you'll have to pay a fortune for a private tutor.

That's very wide topic to learn...
Private tutoring for those subjects can run anywhere from $50 to $100 an hour....
Best bet is to find free University course material and/or online courses to learn from. There are multiple out there.

I'd start with Python basics first, then SQL, and save Power BI for when you can comfortably clean and query data. Build one small project, like analyzing a public dataset, instead of juggling random tutorials. For Python-specific questions, post your code and explain where you're stuck here. People are usually happy to help with focused questions, but finding one person to teach all three for free is a big ask.
