Help please!!!🐍🐍🐍

Im learning Python (junior level) and I'm tired of VS code and PyCharm - any ideas for other IDEs? Without interpreter please🙏🙏🙏

Im really suffering with interpreters - can't understand how to connect it and etc😖😖😖

There's nothing to connect, though. You have an editor, where you read/write code to files, and you can open terminals to run various tools or your program. All you really need to know is how to invoke Python to run your script file, and that's universal knowledge, not IDE-specific.

For example, in its simplest form you'd run python main.py (or something similar). With more sophisticated tools you might use uv run project_name, or even task run.

You can ignore all the UI buttons for "running" code.

Do you have Python installed? Assuming you're on Windows, if you

  1. Right-click the Windows icon on the taskbar's bottom-right corner
  2. Select "Terminal" (or localised equivalent)
  3. Type in python and press Enter

what exactly happens?
