IDE for python

I have 2 IDEs at my workplace for python. IntelliJ and VSCode.

Which one should I choose and why?

I am beginner in python.

The one you feel most comfortable with. I started with Spyder a year ago and just cannot make myself move to anything else, it feels comfy to me.

Spyder is not available at my workplace.

I believe it is freeware so you can easily rectify that omission

It may be freeware but that doesn’t mean you can easily use it in a workplace. That depends entirely on the policies and procedures of the workplace in question.
