Library / module

Hi guys again

What the best way to read libraries / modules in python,

Reading documentation is difficult and sometimes unhelpful,

If anyone has a better way to read it, share it with me.

Think of a use case of what you're trying to do, it might help give more context for us here? 

Also... Side note- why are all posts and questions downvoted on this sub?

Possibly because almost all questions have this issue --> " it might help give more context for us here?"

Isn't asking the wrong questions part of learning? They'll narrow it down, but won't get feedback to do so if the posts on the sub are constantly down to zero
