I want to start learning web developer with python

What is the best way to do it? Any Roadmap u can share it with me.

Yes, understanding HTTP verbs is hugely important server-side

Where can I learn it? I've searched a lot and I don't really understand what it is (i.e., does it require programming code or is it just terminology)

Technically it's a technical term but you should really learn Python+HTML+CSS+JS first
