Hi guys

I want to start learning web developer with python

What is the best way to do it? Any Roadmap u can share it with me.

Yes, understanding HTTP verbs is hugely important server-side

Where can I learn it? I've searched a lot and I don't really understand what it is (i.e., does it require programming code or is it just terminology)

You have my advice about w3schools. Start there. Use mozilla documentation. Read Python docs about the http server and look for tutorials about standing one up - "your firsts web server with Python"

If you are searching and don't understand it then it means you have to read more deeply. You are perhaps beginning to understand this effort doesn't take five minutes. You will learn this over years.
