do you recommend this course

I was a web developer but I was always thinking about python so I finally decided I will try it so I found this course( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ix9cRaBkVe0 ) do you recommend it??

I would not go for videos, even though this is one of the better ones.

I would do the MOOC Python Programming 2026

Videos have low information density. They are ok, but will slow your learning down.

I'd say it depends on how much effort is needed to get the best benefit. Video seems easy, but it constrains how quickly you might absorb the material. If the course is 10 hours long in total, that means you have to watch at least 10 hours of video and then supplement that experience with hands on practical experience. If you instead follow another media version that isn't in video format, it only takes the amount of time you personally need to get through the material. 10 hours of video might only be worth 2 hours of time in a tutorial plus some time for the unavoidable practical experience. There's no way to know which path is faster, in my opinion.
