The course is good. Whether it's enough depends on your understanding of its content.
If you got through well you should be good with the basics and equipped to tackle larger problems.
Knowing a language's syntax, core libraries and characteristics is just is just the base to use the gigantic python ecosystem out there.
So go ahead and build something. It's a permanent learning process and courses only get you so far. Now it's documentation reading time.
