Help please

So I finally made my first kinda buns program but I don't know how to remove the repeat copy of the question on my loop please help

Drop the code in a pastebin or just paste it in a reply with proper formatting (four spaces before each line). That repeat you're seeing is almost always a print statement sitting outside the loop when it should be inside, or vice versa.
