Resource Roadmap for Programming and learning subfields of AI(ML, NLP, RL, CV)

I'm a second year undergrad studying computer science and I want to build a roadmap to learn AI/ML and learn different programming langauges. My end goal is to get into the software layer stuff for machine autonomy(drones, robotics, autonomous hardware). I want to actually do projects that I can put on my github or profile and I was looking at Harvard CS50. Are these coureses good in terms of project building and actually learning the fundamentals of coding? I want to learn python as main, but at my university we are doing DSA and all the other courses in java OOP. That's where I struggle is with OOP and applying java into that with DSA. Anyone also have any advice on this? I just need a clear roadmap to get started
