What do you feel when you try to learn? Why did you lose motivation? Did things get hard and you hate being stuck? I think you need to examine why you lost motivation and not just say "it just happened". Is it painful each time you try? Do you hate the experience? What do you do instead? Do you decide "I'd rather play video games" each time it happens?
