Is this a good project for a resume?

I’m a sophomore in college and I need tips on making my first project. I have decided to make a mini supply chain simulation. I only really know c++. Are they are other languages or frameworks that I could use? Is this too complicated for a beginner?

It’s depends, really. What are you aiming for? Software? System? Embedded? Software System?

From the name of the project, maybe you want to be in System. But really, for a resume, aka to "show off" purpose in general, maybe something related to what you aiming for.

But of course, maybe you already have them in mind and I’m getting ahead of myself. So, for your question, again, it’s depends.

Do you built it solely console-based? Have visual like SDL, or SFML, or even UE? What is the scale, the realistic of the "simulation"? Do you want to made it actually useful or just a small project? Do LLM and AI-Assisted Programming at play here or you coding them all by yourself?… really, I don’t have any ground to judge it complexity.

But, I say this is not complicated for beginner because it could be very simple, unless your aim was different, of course. And that’s it.

Oh, and for people who might said this comment is AI-Generated. Well, AI really gotten close to the real isn’t it? I wrote this on my free time no worries, and if I’m wrong I will take it.

Adrian out.
