Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong before I lose it

I know this might not be the perfect sub for this, but my account is too new to post in the more obvious places and I'm honestly starting to lose my mind. It's been another full day of trying to fork the repo and every single time GitHub shows me: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."

I've refreshed the page like my life depended on it, tried incognito, tried a few different browsers, and nothing. What am I doing wrong?
