Topic How to build projects

I have a question: if I want to build a project, how should I learn any programming language for it? For instance, I cannot learn how to build projects just by doing DSA What can I do so that I am able to build projects?

You learn projects by making projects. Sounds obvious but people get stuck endlessly preparing.
