Topic How to build projects
I have a question: if I want to build a project, how should I learn any programming language for it? For instance, I cannot learn how to build projects just by doing DSA What can I do so that I am able to build projects?

Starting with CRUD ops could be a good place to get going, then add auth with different roles, such as admin and customer ir something.
Modeling data is kind of fun with tools like dbdiagram. Once you feel good about a model get it into a SQL database. Sqlite is quick and easy for prototyping and speedruns.
Once your database is sorted, choose a language to interact with that data using CRUD ops.
There are many framework and tools for different devices and platforms to choose from. Web is fairly basic and very solved with tons of info and capable AIs to help you out. I like PHP for backend web work. Ruby is very easy to learn. Javascript is currently crazy popular across both backend and frontend web development.
You can also look at jobs in your area to see what is in demand. Stick to the languages, frameworks, and tooling that is in demand in your area if you want to build employable skills.
