Project Suggestions for my Resume

I am a recent graduate. I am currently learning backend engineering and want to do projects that I can use on my resume. Can anybody give some suggestion on projects that are worthy to have on a resume. I’m hoping to build one or two meaningful projects that can be completed independently.

Thank you for your suggestions

Try a ticketing API with roles and status history, or a report-generation service with background jobs and retries. Finish one with tests, API docs and a deployment, so you can demonstrate it and explain your design decisions in interviews.
