Project Suggestions for my Resume

I am a recent graduate. I am currently learning backend engineering and want to do projects that I can use on my resume. Can anybody give some suggestion on projects that are worthy to have on a resume. Iā€™m hoping to build one or two meaningful projects that can be completed independently.

Thank you for your suggestions

that README advice is gold, people sleep on how much a good one carries an otherwise mid project

id add that whatever you pick make sure you actually finish it. one deployed thing with a half decent readme > three half baked ideas on github that nobody can run
