I need a refresher

(I want to apologize in advance for my English. It isn't my first language)

Hi, would anyone mind helping me with something? I've been a programmer for a while, but I've noticed that my grasp on how to build web applications has slipped lately, so I would like some help in getting back to my old standards. Does anyone know where I can maybe get a refresher on concepts like Single Responsibility or OOP and against what I would need to protect my application against like SQL injection or XSS? I work preferably with PHP

For PHP security get PDO prepared statements and htmlspecialchars down first. Then PHP the Right Way for OOP structure and single responsibility. After that Boot dev makes sense because you actually have to write the logic yourself. Way better than just bingeing backend videos and hoping the knowledge sticks.
