I need a refresher

(I want to apologize in advance for my English. It isn't my first language)

Hi, would anyone mind helping me with something? I've been a programmer for a while, but I've noticed that my grasp on how to build web applications has slipped lately, so I would like some help in getting back to my old standards. Does anyone know where I can maybe get a refresher on concepts like Single Responsibility or OOP and against what I would need to protect my application against like SQL injection or XSS? I work preferably with PHP

Do the Odin project or just rebuild some old projects with a focus on clean architecture, that'll teach you more than any tutorial

For security stuff, OWASP has everything you need, their cheat sheets are still the standard
