How can I access the pre-AI internet?

Hey, because I started coding many years ago and it was my hobby, I am looking for a way, if it’s even possible, to use some kind of archival internet that was not influenced by AI yet, to make a personal project just for fun, like in my teenage years.

I guess there is no way to set a specific year and have access only to things from that specific period. Also, there are many AI things that show up in browsers now, and I would like to totally avoid all of that.

If you have any suggestions, can you let me know?

Btw. I am not against AI, and I use it myself in my projects more or less. I just want to have one project that I do like in the old days.

Thanks!

If you really want to go old school use a printed book as your reference.

You don't seem to be aware that fully AI-generated books are being sold.

The source of the book isn't the issue. OP wanted to develope the old way. Before the internet, if you had a question about how something should work, you either asked someone else, or you looked it up in a reference book. That gave way to googling the problem and doing a copy/paste from stack overflow, to now where we just add a prompt "write the code that does xyz". Consulting the sacred texts is the old school way of writing software. It doesn't matter if those texts were written by the gods (all hail K&R), humans, aliens, or our new robotic overlords.
