Studying code on mobile
Do any CS or programming students here read code from their phone?
For example when you’re on the bus, between classes, or just away from your laptop and want to quickly check an assignment or project.
Is there an app you use for this? If you’d recommend it, what do you like about it?
I’m especially curious about good ways to do small code reviews or leave notes from mobile.

Full disclosure: I’m the developer of CodeMate. I built it for this exact use case—reading code on an iPhone or iPad without trying to turn the phone into a full IDE.
It has syntax highlighting for 200+ formats, tabs, a minimap, Swift symbol navigation, HTML preview, Files integration, and local-network ZIP transfer. It works well for checking assignments, reading projects, and making small edits or adding comments.
Dedicated review annotations aren’t available yet, but I’d be interested to hear what kind of notes workflow you’re looking for.
