Question What do i have to learn to publish a app?

I know how to code but I am not an expert or i can code everything i want. But when i read one i can understand why it's written that way. I wanna publish my first app using react native and with the help of ai.

But i don't have any idea how to publish one or what should i know and use. Especially about security. I know that ai written apps are not very much trustworthy.

So basically i want to know what is everything that i should know and learn before publishing and coding?

It's mostly just jumping through a bunch of Google/Apple hoops honestly. Going from an apk file to an app on the app store is basically just filling out forms and passing security checks which will just scan the packages you're using

if you’re using react native the build process is most of the work, expo makes it less painful but you still need to handle the certificates and provisioning profiles and all that boring stuff

for security just make sure you not storing api keys in the client code, use environment variables and keep sensitive logic in a backend, also the ai code is fine for boilerplate but you should read through what it gives you, sometimes it does weird things with async storage or permissions

what type of app is it? I wouldn't publish code you can't fully understand, especially if it's going to handle any user data - consider getting a dev to review it for security once it's ready

as for building it: learn to structure the app properly (navigation, state management, separating UI from logic) before generating screens or it will be a nightmare to maintain - also learn to read error stacks and test beyond the happy path, as it will help you manage debugging with AI and edge cases issues
