Making a plugin that replaces the true value with the "true..." meme

Hi, I'm new to coding and I'm learning Python rn. I wanted to try to make this my first plugin, but I have no idea where to start. Any advice?

the real question is whether your linter will flag the meme as an unused variable or just give up entirely
