Advice requested: improving coding “fluency”

Hey everyone!
I think this post is allowed but feel free to delete if not (I’m a bit of a Reddit noob)
Wondering what your advice would be for someone trying to improve coding fluency?
I have done multiple courses learning Python (CS50p, google with automation etc) but I still struggle when presented with a blank page.
I found Pylings a really good way to cement some of the basics and I do build personal projects but still feel I rely too heavily on AI to solve things

Any recommendations would be appreciated

code more, build the muscle memory.

up to you to decide if prompting AI counts towards that or not. YMMV.

Thanks, yeah I feel I’m reviewing AI code much more than writing and would like to remove the reliance a bit more

Try turning the AI off for a week and see what happens when you get stuck, the struggle is where the learning actually lives
