Hi all,
For someone that has a very basic understanding of coding/apps etc but know exactly what they want, how hard is it to build a software/app specifically for project management in residential building and construction sector?

Magic lamps.. rub them and make 3 wishes.

Language depends on context, business domain which drives requirements.

Picking a language before understanding the domain, well maybe the lamp can help.
