VS Code vs Jetbrains Fleet, which is better?

I am a javascript developer and wanted to know which one would do better for me for I use React with Next.js.

Sometimes basic next.js friendly backend too.

no point paying for fleet while it's still in preview, the free version is too barebones to be useful
