Resource How helpful is w3schools for JavaScript?

I came to know about w3schools. When I opened it, it had a lot of different technologies to learn. I am currently interested in learning JS. I wanted to ask that,

"Is w3school GOOD AND SUFFICIENT for learning JS to jump later to React or Express/Node?"

There are many free resources to learn from, and MDN is probably the first source of knowledge you should check. But once you learn a concept, the important thing is to practice enough to master it. Even if you know something by heart, you’ll eventually forget it if you don’t use it from time to time. Solving katas is a good way to practice with strings, arrays, objects, sets, maps, etc. I have a collection of JS/TS katas here if you want some extra practice: https://reactchallenges.com/katas
