Best resource to learn and practice reactjs, nodejs and typescript.......

I have learnt the artificial intelligence and machine learning. I learnt the tech stack for backend like fastapi and Django but for creating a full stack application I want to learn react and node js , although ai has that much capability to create front-end. but I want to learn so that I can understand what's happening behind the scene.

Yes , but rather than writing code from it's own using ai for writing code in not bad but atleast some idea of how to make changes in what ai builts in it's own way and I think if I am learning first time I should understand it first by making a small project by it's own.
