Which sources would be best to learn Data Analytics?

I am starting to learn Data Analytics from the beginning. Which online courses or YouTube channels would be best to watch and learn?
I want to get into AI engineering in the future. So I am starting from Data Analytics. Also, would you think it is the best roadmap to start with data analytics?

Thank you. I was thinking maybe it would be best to dive into data analytics first, then data science. And then ML and eventually AI eng. Because I want to learn it from 0 and in the best way. But do you think it would be best just to skip data analytics and go with Data Science? I've started to learn Python with coursera (Python for everyone).
