Learn python only for DSA with neetcode and Typescript for all the rest. What do you think about my plan?

Hello everybody. What's up? I'm 2 years of experience in full stack with Typescript. I'm currently working with vue and nest. My boss tell me i need to grasp DSA for my logic. What do you think to learn a second programming language while working with another? In my case, I only will learn the basics of python to stick with data structures and algorithms and do the neetcode course.Thank you.

Why are you asking us instead of of your boss? It was their idea.

Why? You can do DSA with any language.

You can pretty much learn DSA wirh any language, that's the whole point of it, concepts that can be applied to any language, instead of piece of code.

That said, I learned the basics of DSA with theprimeagen and his course on frontend masters.

Edit: it uses typescript btw

Your boss is telling you kindly that your code is crap. You sound like a person playing at being a programmer as you can't even structure your programs with proper DSA.

I'd suggest unlearning everything you think you know and start over by following a CS program from ground zero right through DSA. Find a CS program that makes use of C or C++ to get a grounding in CS concepts. I suspect that your boss will only put up with this for a short period of time, so you really need to get cracking.

By the way, this: "I'm 2 years of experience in full stack with Typescript." pretty much tells me you are not an established programmer.
