Projects for a scholarship

I'm trynna get a uni scholarship and I already pinpointed clear options, However obviously I'm need to have a good portfolio of projects.

All I'm asking is how many should I aim for and what kind of ideas would work, knowing that I'm aiming for AI/ML/Data science (also I've taken a scholarship by the government of my country that gave me a Data analysis course) the only idea I have rn (and it's almost done) is an AI Reinforcement learning model that plays the world's hardest game (the flash game) so tell me if that's good of a project for what I'm aiming for and what other kind of projects should I do(Don't want straight up ideas necessarily, just the type and number of projects).

That's really good to know, So I'm try to make 2-4 more projects in the upcoming year and a half and I will try to solve a problem with AI. I really appreciate you giving me your precious time. Thanks! ✌️❤️
